Sketch time on Heart2Heart

Yay!  I love sketch weeks on the Heart2Heart Challenge Blog!  Mary has come up with a lovely circle image for you to try - or you can put the image onto a square or rectangular card - your choice.  My choice was to do a clear card, using one of CTMH's 4 1/2" square bases.  I've put the background and scalloped circle onto the inside of the card, and the vanilla cream circle with all the details is on the front.  I used Connie MacFarlane's instructions for making a ruched ribbon with our organdy, attached it with a little liquid glass, added a paper flower & some opaque pearls - and voila!  Photographing clear cards is a little tricky to avoid the glare, and to get a good image of it closed - so I've got a few angles to show you.
Our March guest designer Mary Gunn is joining us for her last challenge, so check out what she & the design team have made to inspire you over at the H2H blog.  Remember to use mostly CTMH products in your creation, and you may be chosen as one of our April Top Ten or even win one of the monthly prizes.

All supplies are CTMH - Patterned Paper is Bliss; Cardstock is Chocolate, Grey Mist & Vanilla Cream; Ink is Chocolate; Organdy Ribbon; Opaque Pearls; Stamp Set is From Me to You; Clear Cards 4 1/2" assortment; Corner Rounder.

Love, love, love your card Karen! The colors, the softness, and oh that runched ribbon are all to die for. I am totally going to try that technique! *Ü*

Karen, that is beautiful! I'm using Bliss at my April workshop and love these colors! Do you have a tutorial for the flower or can you recommend one? Thanks!
